Cancellation Policy

Calm Life Counseling requires at least 24 hours advance notice for cancellations of an appointment.

If you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment date and time, no cancellation fees or session fees are assessed.

If you cancel in less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time, you will be charged a late cancellation service fee of $25.00. 

If you do not cancel your appointment and do not appear for your appointment, you will be charged $50.

Please arrive promptly whether your session is in-person or virtual. Out of consideration for other clients, I cannot extend your appointment if you arrive later than 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, the appointment will be considered a “no show” and you will charged accordingly.

I do try to send one appointment reminder with the link approximately four to five days in advance. That will be the only one you receive. The onus is on you to be aware of the day and time of your appointment. If you are running late or are having trouble with the link or for some other reason you cannot get into the session, please call me. Thank you for your understanding.
